The MHX 35 system carries out and assembles from 3 to 6 layers of non-woven fabric for the automatic construction of the semi-masks with the following operations:
- Unwinding of the non-woven fabric
- Cutting and positioning of the pressure bar
- Welding and cutting of the semi-mask
- Placing and welding of the elastic
This process is continuous and the product parameters are checked automatically.
